Corporate Events Manager                                                                                                             back

The Position:
You will Plan, manage and lead business development, operation and growth of the Corporate Events division as an independent, profitable business unit. To include, sales, operations, product development, and delivery.


Experience and Qualifications:

• A degree holder in a business discipline with specific industry skill & knowledge enabling you to objectively handle the complexities of the business. Analytical thinker with a high degree of initiative and an innovative business approach.

• 10 years experience in the travel & tourism or hospitality industry with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role, having been exposed to people management and strategic planning, development and deployment of products and services at an international level.

• Fluency in written and spoken English. Arabic language will be an added advantage.

• Must possess advanced skills/experience in negotiation, key account management and new media communication.

• Must be familiar with the unique complexities associated with this industry and possess strong Communication skills.

• Possess valid UAE driving license.


Other information: Current office location is Al Quoz. Generally 5 day week from Sunday to Thursday - 9 am to 6 pm. Candidate must be willing to work long hours as required by the business.
