The Position:
You will Plan, manage and lead business development, operation and growth of the Social Events division as an independent, profitable business unit. To include, sales, operations, product development, and delivery.
 

Experience and Qualifications:

• A degree holder in a business discipline with specific skill & knowledge in wedding planning and entertainment events, enabling you to objectively handle the complexities of the business. Analytical thinker with a high degree of initiative and an innovative business approach.

• 10 yrs experience in the specific industry with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role, having been exposed to people management and strategic planning, development and deployment of products and services at an international level.

• Must possess strong communication skills, and advanced experience in negotiation and managing high profile individuals.

• Possess valid UAE driving license.


Other information: Current office location is Al Quoz. Generally 5 day week from Sunday to Thursday - 9 am to 6 pm. Candidate must be willing to work long hours as required by the business.
